Well, not exactly won but I finish in the Top 10 contest, on the 6th position to be more exacly :D. And I'm so happy!!
What I did won is an extra 2 dollar prize from Clixsense. Only 6 more tasks completed and I could get on the 5th position, rewarded with $5 instead.Last Monday I was tired after a long day at work. You know how Mondays are so as soon as I got home I got a short refreshing sleep until 11PM.
When I wake up and checked what's new on Clixsense tasks, I found one I always loved to complete - Decide Yes or No on product manuals.
I start doing this task. It is so simple. You are given a scanned picture usually a cover of a manual and text converted from the scanned document. All you need to do is to check if the document is a manual or not (could be only a brochure, some technical specification etc). If the document is a manual, you also have to the company name producing that product.
I successfully completed about 200 in less than 3 hours and that put me in the top.
That week I was also lucky because tasks were not available like some other weeks. I say I was lucky because the rest of the days I was quite busy at work,so once I get home in the evening I doing task would have been the last thing I would like to do.
Until Sunday evening I succeed to complete other 295 tasks so I kept my position in weekly top 10 and here I am, one other the 10 winners.
I've made this way over 20 dollars last week, including a 5$ bonus (for accumulating another 50$ made on tasks).
For those of you who don't know, Clixsense initiated a weekly contest for it's members.
Initially this was rewarding $50 only the first winner, but later they decided to reward all of the top 10 "taskers". They kept the $50 for the weekly winner and add prizes for next 9 :
- 2nd get $20
- 3rd get $10
- 4th and 5th get $5
- 6th to 10th get $2 each
